Starting with the 2025/2026 school season, we will be switching from Akada to Amilia SmartRec as our new platform for all registrations and payments.
What You Need to Do
To continue with our programs, every family must create a personal Amilia account. Without an account, you won’t be able to register or make purchases through our SmartRec online store.
You can create an account in either of these two ways:
Option 1: Visit the Website
Go to www.amilia.com and click “Sign Up”.
Option 2: Through the Shopping Cart
When you add your first item to the shopping cart, the system will prompt you to create an account.
Steps to Create Your Account:
- Enter your personal information
- Check your email for a verification code
- Enter the code to verify and activate your account

We highly recommend downloading the Amilia mobile app for easier access to schedules, registration, and account management.
You can shop, view your child’s calendar, and manage your account all in one place.

Search for “Amilia” in your app store or use the links above.
Expanded Payment Options
With Amilia, you can now choose between credit card or direct debit (bank account) for payments. Simply enter your preferred payment method during checkout.
Important Note About Registration Access
Because we base our registration process on priority groups and skill levels, we have had to adjust how registration access is granted in Amilia.
To ensure you are eligible for the correct programs, you must contact us before registering so we can set your access level on our end.
