The new Flip Its program is a fun and supportive space designed for students in Kindergarten to Grade 7 to express themselves through movement while developing their physical abilities. In Flip Its, Sasha focuses on helping students build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence—all while having a blast!
Classes are tailored to different age groups and skill levels to ensure every child is both challenged and supported. Our goal is to prepare students for performance opportunities while nurturing their love for movement.
Goals of the Flip Its Program:
We aim to support both physical development and personal growth in the Acro Program. With a focus on improving strength, flexibility, and balance while building coordination and body awareness through safe acrobatic techniques and progressions. These physical skills enhance overall dance performance and are especially beneficial for students participating in both Street Styles and Classical Style programs.
In addition to physical development, the program encourages confidence and creativity by helping students feel comfortable trying new things and performing in front of others. It also fosters teamwork, nurtures a sense of community, and promotes a growth mindset by celebrating effort, progress, and perseverance.
