Open-Level Contemporary classes are perfect for those with varying levels of experience, offering a balance of warm-ups, traveling exercises, and a choreographed sequence.

Intermediate Contemporary caters to more experienced dancers, introducing floorwork and a broader range of techniques while maintaining a focus on choreographed sequences and advanced movement concepts.

Adult Jazz combines fun and fitness with accessible choreography and techniques, welcoming dancers with any level of previous experience.

From building strength and flexibility to enhancing creativity and musicality, the Adult Classical Program allows participants to refine their skills and enjoy the artistry of dance.

We will be offering three types of workshop series for adults this year: Ballet, Classical Styles, and Street Styles! Each series will be offered in a sessional format with rotating instructors and styles, so that you can try a variety of different dance genres without committing to a full year of classes.

Each session will begin with a FREE workshop so that you can try out the style and the instructor before deciding if you'd like to register for the session. If you decide to join the session after the free workshop, you will be signed up for 4 classes, each building on what was learned the previous week. The best part is, there are three sessions (one Ballet, one Classical Styles, and one Street Styles) running at any given time, so you can sign up for two or three classes if you want to dance more than once a week!

Our knowledgeable and experienced teachers cater their classes to a large range of levels. Whether you're an absolute beginner or an experienced dancer who hasn't trained in a few years, we have something for you! All levels welcome! Come dance with us!
