The Adult Street Styles program offers sessional dance classes designed for students aged 16 and up who want to explore vibrant and expressive styles of street dance. This program features three unique sub-programs—Adult Hip Hop, House, and Adult Heels—each catering to varying levels of experience in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Classes begin with a warm-up to build confidence and coordination, followed by skill-building exercises and choreographed sequences designed to inspire creativity and self-expression.
Adult Hip Hop introduces students to the basics of hip hop dance, from social "party dances" to freestyle concepts, all set to great music in a fun and supportive space.
House focuses on smooth and fast footwork, musicality, and freestyle creativity, all while dancing to high-energy house music that improves cardio and coordination.
Adult Heels creates a safe space for students to explore their confidence and tap into their feminine energy, learning struts, grooves, and empowering choreographed routines in heels.
Each sub-program is taught by experienced instructors and provides an enjoyable, engaging way to connect with dance while building strength, rhythm, and self-assurance.
This is an open-level class suitable to those with varying levels of dance experience. This class provides a safe space where students can have fun, listen to great music, and tap into their sexy feminine energy.
Each class will start with some sexy grooves and learning how to strut in heels. Over the four-week session, students will learn a feel-good choreographed sequence that will combine various elements of heels dancing.
The goal of this class is for students to leave feeling their most confident selves. All genders and identities are welcome! High heels are recommended for this class.

We will be offering three types of workshop series for adults this year: Ballet, Classical Styles, and Street Styles! Each series will be offered in a sessional format with rotating instructors and styles, so that you can try a variety of different dance genres without committing to a full year of classes.
Each session will begin with a FREE workshop so that you can try out the style and the instructor before deciding if you'd like to register for the session. If you decide to join the session after the free workshop, you will be signed up for 4 classes, each building on what was learned the previous week. The best part is, there are three sessions (one Ballet, one Classical Styles, and one Street Styles) running at any given time, so you can sign up for two or three classes if you want to dance more than once a week!
Our knowledgeable and experienced teachers cater their classes to a large range of levels. Whether you're an absolute beginner or an experienced dancer who hasn't trained in a few years, we have something for you! All levels welcome! Come dance with us!
