Thursday: The focus is on singing and acting. We will learn to find our voices both through music (warm-ups, technique and group singing) and theatre. (Scene work, staging and proper vocal projection for the stage) In this class, we will also work on the songs and dialogue for the spring musical which will be a part of “Art from the Heart” at the end of May. Musical Theatre students will also perform in “Polar night” in January with an excerpt from our chosen musical being performed in the Sunday Showcase following Polar night.
